RGHCL

Designed for the Rajiv Gandhi Housing Corporation Limited (RGHCL), this project is a holistic residential campus for the Metro Rail Corporation. Our design philosophy was to create more than just housing; we aimed to build a self-sufficient community that supports a balanced lifestyle for all residents.

The campus features 100 modern dormitory housing units, thoughtfully categorized into three distinct types to serve a diverse workforce. The two-bedroom (2BR) and three-bedroom (3BR) units are designed with functionality and comfort in mind, providing ample space for families of different sizes. For senior staff, the premium residential spaces offer elevated design standards and refined amenities, catering to their need for more luxurious accommodations.

The architecture and landscape are integrated to promote social interaction and well-being. A central community hall serves as the heart of the complex, a place for residents to gather and connect. For physical and mental health, we included a dedicated fitness center and a vibrant play area for children. Every element, from the unit layouts to the shared amenities, was meticulously planned to foster a sense of belonging and create a supportive environment for the individuals and families who dedicate themselves to our city's metro system.
