Over the past three decades, we have delivered a wide range of projects—residences, museums, industrial and institutional buildings, commercial spaces, and spiritual centers—each reflecting our commitment to design excellence.

MANAGING DIRECTOR | FOUNDER
h. s. ANANTHARAM
Architect H.S. Anantharam, FIIA, is a seasoned architect who has significantly shaped the architectural landscape. He earned his Bachelor’s in Architecture from U.V.C.E. and a Master’s from the prestigious I.I.T. Kharagpur.

Beginning his career in 1980 with leading firms in Bangalore, he went on to establish Anantharam & Associates in 1991, reflecting his enduring commitment to design excellence. His portfolio spans residences, institutions, industrial facilities, housing projects, and interiors—delivering comprehensive architectural and design solutions.

Beyond practice, he has contributed to academia as visiting faculty and examiner at R.I.T. School of Architecture, as well as faculty and Governing Council member at PESIT.
He is also deeply engaged in community initiatives through the Rotary Club, Bangalore Golf Club and Bowring Institute.
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
MANJU KIRTHAN
Architect Manju Kirthan, a gold medalist from the Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore (2012), has built a distinguished career marked by versatility and design excellence.
His experience spans a wide spectrum of projects, including residences, apartments, villas, hospitality ventures, recreational facilities, and institutional developments. A highlight of his portfolio is his recent contribution to the design of a car museum in Karnataka, showcasing his innovative and adaptive design approach.
Beyond architecture, Manju is deeply committed to his community. He actively leverages his professional expertise to improve the built environment for local residents and organizes initiatives for social and welfare causes, reflecting his belief in the broader impact of architecture.

Outside of work, Manju is passionate about racquetball and classic automobile restoration, pursuits that balance his professional life and fuel his creativity. Guided by humility and sincerity, he strives to create meaningful change through both his craft and community engagement.
